Public and private rooms
Anyone can find and join a public room. A private room is invite- or approval-only and never shows up in suggestions.
Chat rooms with people from your country and language
Minglo rooms are where you talk with many people at once. Public rooms are suggested by your country and language — and when your country has none yet, you see rooms from countries that speak your language.

Join under an alias
In rooms that allow it, you appear as e.g. "Anonymous #4821" — the same alias every time, so conversations stay readable, without showing your account.
Roles and permissions
The owner appoints admins and moderators, decides who may send messages or media, and can remove or ban anyone.
